Our last minute change of mind after a long day of help did not frustrate the salesman, and I would highly recommend working with this understanding, patient man again.

Both the salesman and the dealership manager did everything they could to get me into the car of my choice. The salesman came in on his day off to check that the car had been detailed as requested. A lot of effort was made by the dealer to meet my needs. I never once felt like I had been "taken".
