Used Ford Explorer for Sale in Kansas City, MO

My 2008 Eddie Bauer edition Explorer has held up very well. It has 117,000 miles and has required no major repairs. It has never let me down to this point. This is actually my second Ford Explorer, that's how happy I am with the model.

We did not buy this car for looks, or high performance on a racetrack. We needed something we could afford. The interior and trim are not fancy. But it cost under $15,000, gets about 30 miles a gallon, and has lasted 8 years and more than 100,000 miles with no major repairs. We have just done regular maintenance. The only repairs we did were a couple of years ago, when we had weeks of record highs one summer and some wiring and electrical stuff was damaged by the heat. So this car may not impress anyone as you drive around town, but you will be very happy with your pocket book.

When I first got my vehicle I loved it. But it didn't take long for me to start noticing all the bad. I cant even lock my doors without car alarm going off its because my door ajar light doesn't go off because of a bad part in my door. It makes a loud rattle noise every time I start it which is very embarrassing. The tires that came with it were wrong causing me to get bad gas mileage. The only thing good I can say is that I like its color and it has very low miles.
