Used Honda Civic for Sale in Memphis, TN

With a Honda Civic, you get what you pay for. There are no fancy bells and whistles, just what is necessary. I liked my car just fine for as long as I had it. It got me through college as a single guy and was even good when I got married. However, when we had our first child, it did not work out as well. A Honda Civic is not made to be a family car and hold strollers and lots of extra stuff. Now my car is a bit older, I like that I don't have to take care of it. The paint has flaked off (twice), the sun visors have fallen down and won't fold back up, and the tires get worn irregularly. But Hondas will last for well over 200,000 miles.

My Honda Civic is an awesome automobile. It is compact without feeling cramped. It gets fantastic gas mileage and is great for long trips. It rides smoothly and quietly. The trunk space is plentiful. It is a great car for my kids to grow up with and learn to drive in. I feel safe driving around town with my 3 precious cargos. The radio is easy to use, and the steering wheel controllers are great. The heating and air conditioning are very powerful for such a little car. Sometimes it's a little scary out there on the road with all of the SUVs surrounding you. When an 18 wheeler passes you, it's not fun. We take lots of long road trips in it, and you can't beat the gas mileage, but it gets a little uncomfortable. We don't have room for any extra passengers, so that's hard when the kids want a friend to come home with them. Being so low to the ground is not so great when you are getting in and out. Also, you have to be really careful not to bottom out on angled driveways. This is my 5th Honda automobile, and I am sure that it won't be my last.

Now I am somewhat biased because I have driven Hondas for years. This one was excellent, as the others were, however it was my favorite. Honda really stepped it up with the Civic this year. This year's Civic seemed to have way more interior space than any other Civic that I had been in. It really felt more like the Accord's that I had driven. The design of the interior was futuristic, but classy. This was not too plastic looking at all. I personally like black cars and this paint job is superb. This Civic looks like a luxury car when coming down the street. Everyone is impressed when I roll up on them. Honestly, I got the basic trim package because it was all that I could afford. With that said, I was still thrilled when I picked it up from the dealer. It made me get that new car feeling. The ride is smooth and the connectivity is on point for my iPhone. I appreciate Honda for making this model unforgettable. I will definitely keep this one.
