It is a very reliable car, with decent miles per gallon and consistent performance. It was my first car as a teen driver, so I was unsure when I was first driving. However, it was very forgiving, and it was enjoyable to drive it. I hope to own it for a very long time. It has held up well to the test of time, with only the minimal maintenance required.

My 2014 Subaru Forester is just what I wanted in transportation. I can carry lots of gear and feel safe and comfortable doing so. With the easy folding back seats, I have been able to carry all sorts of stuff in the car. The styling is nice, overall the car is really good looking. The interior styling and accessories are the best of any car I have owned. It handles well, and its continuous all wheel drive is great. I love the safety rating. I get the feeling that I am more in control driving this Subaru than I had in previous Hondas, Toyotas, and even a BMW.

I like how quick and peppy the CVT transmission is, especially compared to normal automatic transmissions. The windows being so large lessens blind spots. The turn radius makes parking lots and U-turns easy. The styling on the car isn't trying too hard, and the interior is clean and easy to use. The vehicle height makes ramping curbs easy when necessary. The seating is very comfortable for the front and back seats. The all-wheel drive system makes driving in adverse weather, i.e., heavy rain and ice, extremely easy. I have also taken this through rocky terrain with no problems.
